1. Introduction

Welcome to Business Hub. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Business Hub’s services, including mobile phone contracts and hosted telephony systems. By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our,” or “Business Hub” refers to Business Hub Limited, a telecom service provider.
  • “You,” “customer,” or “client” refers to any individual or business entity that uses or subscribes to our services.
  • “Services” refers to all telecom-related services provided by Business Hub, including but not limited to mobile phone contracts, hosted telephony systems, and any associated products and support.
  • “Contract” refers to the legally binding agreement between Business Hub and the customer for the provision of services.

3. Service Provision

3.1. Mobile Contracts

  • Business Hub offers mobile phone contracts subject to network availability and terms of the respective mobile providers.
  • Services may be subject to coverage limitations based on geographic location, and performance may vary due to factors such as terrain, weather, and network capacity.
  • Contracts may be offered on a fixed-term basis (12, 24, or 36 months). Early termination fees may apply if the contract is canceled before the agreed period expires.

3.2. Hosted Telephony

  • Our hosted telephony services are designed to offer reliable, scalable, and flexible communication solutions.
  • Service availability depends on internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure. Business Hub will not be liable for disruptions caused by external providers or factors outside our control.
  • Any custom setup or installation will be specified in the contract and may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Service Charges

  • All pricing is clearly outlined in your contract and may include setup fees, monthly recurring charges, and usage-based charges (e.g., out-of-bundle minutes or data).
  • Prices may vary due to changes in regulatory fees, taxes, or charges imposed by third-party providers. You will be notified in advance of any changes that may impact your monthly bill.

4.2. Billing

  • Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, and payment is due within the specified period on the invoice (typically 14 or 30 days). Failure to pay on time may result in late payment fees or service suspension.
  • Payments can be made via direct debit, bank transfer, or other accepted methods as specified by Business Hub.

4.3. Early Termination Fees

  • If you terminate your contract before the end of the agreed period, an early termination fee may apply. This fee will reflect the remaining value of the contract and any outstanding charges.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1. Use of Services

  • You agree to use our services in a lawful and reasonable manner. Any misuse, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, spamming, or use that disrupts the network, may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all equipment provided by Business Hub is used and maintained in accordance with our guidelines.

5.2. Equipment and Maintenance

  • Any equipment provided as part of the service, such as routers, handsets, or other telecom devices, remains the property of Business Hub unless otherwise specified.
  • You are responsible for the maintenance and safekeeping of the equipment during the contract term. Loss or damage to the equipment may result in additional charges.

6. Service Limitations and Interruptions

6.1. Network Performance

  • Business Hub strives to provide uninterrupted services, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional interruptions may occur due to factors such as network maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages.
  • We will make every effort to inform you of planned service outages and work to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an unplanned disruption.

6.2. Force Majeure

  • Business Hub shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or failures of telecommunications networks.

7. Modifications to Services and Terms

7.1. Service Changes

  • Business Hub reserves the right to make changes to its services, including upgrades, changes in features, or adjustments to pricing. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and you may have the option to terminate your contract without penalty if the changes adversely affect your service.

7.2. Terms Revisions

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to you directly. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination of Service

8.1. Termination by You

  • You may terminate your service by providing written notice to Business Hub in accordance with the contract’s notice period. Termination prior to the end of the contract term may result in early termination fees as described in section 4.3.

8.2. Termination by Business Hub

  • Business Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend service immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to make payments, or engage in illegal activity through our services.
  • In the event of termination, all outstanding charges and fees will remain payable, and Business Hub may take legal action to recover any unpaid amounts.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

9.1. Personal Data

  • We take the privacy of your personal data seriously. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with relevant data protection laws (including GDPR). Personal data collected during the provision of services will be used solely for service delivery and billing purposes.

9.2. Data Security

  • Business Hub implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmissions over the internet or third-party networks.

10. Liability

10.1. Limitations of Liability

  • Business Hub’s total liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the value of the services provided during the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Business Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Business Hub harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any misuse of the services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
